44 years of experience from onshore and offshore projects, with secondments to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bermuda, Argentina, South Africa, Kenya, and Taiwan, and other projects in Europe, Kazakhstan, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Yemen, South Korea, Vietnam and Japan.
Management positions held for more than 25 years in companies like Semco, ABB, Siemens, Altima, Lindpro Machine Electro, Alstrom Grid and Semco Maritime with responsibilities for sales, profit&loss, technical solutions, personnel, and stock.

In 2025 the legal structure changed to HJ Konsulentservice ApS.
I have 44 years of experience as an electrical HV engineer. A major part of my career has been within the HV/MV area in both onshore and offshore substations.

Total consultancy service for green conversion of large industrial project in Denmark for heating, cooling, steam and electricity
HJ Konsulentservice executed tasks as Work Package Owner at Cowi for a 132/20 kV substation inclusive 132 kV cables from a nearby Energinet 132 kV substation and the Trench between the two substations.
The task includes Basic and Detailed Design, tender specifications for the Trenches, 132 kV cables, 132 kV GIS, 132/20 kV transformers, 20/0.4 Auxiliary Earthing transformers, 20 kV Switchgear inclusive of the 20 kV protection, 132 kV protection, SCADA, grounding & lightning, auxiliaries inclusive of the raceways and installation contractor.
Legal and technical Contract negotiations with suppliers for 132 kV GIS, 132/20 kV transformer and the 132 kV cables.
General Project management such as technical clarification, direct contact to the end Client, suppliers, internal inside the Cowi project organization and other stakeholders.
Agile leadership and driving the work package through a very tight time schedule in a constant changing project environment.
